SoftwareClarity includes profiles of software and service provider vendors and technology solutions relevant to accounting firms. Vendors may be listed because SoftwareClarity has approved them for inclusion in the directory. Profile creation is not self-service.
SoftwareClarity may create and publish Basic profiles for vendors and solutions without prior vendor submission, approval, participation, or notice. These profiles may be based on publicly available information, vendor websites, vendor materials, information known to Boomer Consulting, Inc., information known through Boomer client firms, existing Boomer sponsorship or business relationships, accounting industry knowledge, or other sources SoftwareClarity considers relevant.
A vendor’s inclusion in SoftwareClarity does not mean the vendor requested, approved, sponsored, verified, certified, recommended, preferred, or endorsed the profile, unless expressly stated.
Some vendors may pay for Premium Profiles or other visibility opportunities. Paid participation may enhance visibility or affect the amount, format, placement, or presentation of information included in a vendor profile, but it does not change SoftwareClarity’s role as an informational resource and does not mean the vendor is recommended, preferred, certified, or endorsed.
SoftwareClarity does not sell, rent, or share user inquiry data with listed vendors or sponsors for lead-generation purposes.
Vendor profiles may include links to vendor websites. If you choose to click a vendor’s link, you will leave SoftwareClarity and interact directly with the vendor or third-party website. Any information you provide to that vendor is governed by the vendor’s own privacy policy and terms.
SoftwareClarity may include sponsored content, co-created educational resources, vendor-authored materials, or links to vendor websites and third-party resources.
SoftwareClarity does not share user inquiry data with sponsors or vendors for lead-generation purposes unless we clearly disclose that data sharing at the point of collection and you choose to provide the information for that purpose.
If you click a sponsor or vendor link, visit a third-party website, register for a third-party event, download content from a third-party site, or otherwise provide information directly to a sponsor or vendor, that information is governed by the third party’s own privacy policy and terms.
We may use cookies, analytics tools, pixels, tags, scripts, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, understand usage, measure performance, improve SoftwareClarity, and support business operations.
You can usually adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Some parts of the site may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
If SoftwareClarity uses additional advertising, retargeting, cross-site tracking, or similar tools in the future, this Privacy Policy may be updated to provide additional disclosures and choices where required by applicable law.

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We may disclose information when we believe it is necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect rights or safety, prevent fraud, investigate security issues, or respond to lawful requests.
If you sign up for the SoftwareClarity newsletter, submit a form, request information, or otherwise provide your email address, we may use your information to send you SoftwareClarity communications. These may include educational content, directory updates, software category insights, event information, sponsored content notices, product updates, and other relevant business communications.
